For me, as a VJ/video artist, ArkaosVJ did the trick. ArkaosVJ enabled me to make some kickass performances. Than ArkaosVJ, was replaced with GrandVJ, but there 's nothing grand about it. It has not evolved, next to the unwieldy engine, unstable performances, heavy requirements it still offers too little. I'm guessing the cross-platform design doesn't make it any easier.
As a professional I provide video solutions. Broadcasting, theater,.., videoinstallations... For the most, I have no other option than to compromise, like using windows machines next to expensive hardware. (ex. multiscreening) .
Now modul8 changed all that ! It makes it easy to think outside the box.
Thanks,

P

Fantastic performance by the VJ's in the video and it would make the things more exciting. It's really a kickass performance.
