Support for modul8 is free to all registered users and currently through email only. However we do recommend that you do the following before emailing us:

  • Consult the 'documentation.pdf' file provided with modul8.
  • Search the GarageCube Forum.
When you have exhausted these options then we will welcome your questions by emailing us at:

You must replace the 'at' with @, replace 'period' with '.' and remove the dashes.

We are usually able to answer within 24 hours of your inquiry. To help us help you please be sure to provide the following information:
  • Your serial number.
  • A detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
  • Your system profile (i.e. model, amount of RAM, system version)
  • Devices connected to your computer if any.
  • Crash log (if there is one) that can be located in your system library at the following location:

    Users/username/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Modul8.crash.log

If you are a registered user and you need to download modul8 please email us and we will provide you with a temporary link to do so. Please note that it is not possible to authorize the demo version of modul8.
